Meet Paul
Paul has spent close to fifteen years helping Brampton families buy and sell their homes. He knows what this city costs, street by street, closing by closing, because it's been his working life since 2011.
Why a realtor for mayor
Since 2011, Paul has worked as a licensed real estate professional serving Brampton and Peel, from family townhouses on Meadowlark Drive to industrial units on Automatic Road. That range matters: he has sat at kitchen tables with first-time buyers stretching for a down payment, and across from small-business owners deciding whether Brampton is still where they can afford to operate.
A realtor sees what a city's decisions actually do to people. Every zoning delay, every tax increase, every transit gap shows up in his week, in the family that has to look one town over, in the business that signs a lease somewhere else. Paul is running because the people making those decisions should understand their consequences the way he has had to, one household at a time.
His professional record is public: licensed with the Real Estate Council of Ontario, in good standing, with no disciplinary history.
